Even though all Scotland seemed to be against him and his decision not to run, Eric had stuck to his decision. Eric was soft-spoken and still a little shy, but there was no way other people's opinions could cause him to do something he didn't think was right or stop him from doing something he felt God had called him to.I am tagging the authors of the following blogs: Our Side of the Mountain, Jetihoja Academy, Discerning the Times, One Mom's Journey and New Mercies Every Day.
In late December 1937, Eric loaded his luggage onto a riverboat. The time for him to leave had come.

I don't mind at all if you link to my blog. When you mentioned a book meme, I got a little worried that I would have to admit to the world that I've been too tired lately to read much (besides to my kids.) This meme is much less threatening. :D
I'm so glad that the vanicream is working for you! Eczema is such a pain.
Now I am wondering what book you are reading. Is it about Eric the Red?
